Good to know
What is a credit?
A unit for usage. Your base fee includes 100 credits a month. Modules, extra data volume, AI analyses and expert time use credits. The more you use, the lower the price per credit, and you see your usage live in the app.
Do I need a developer?
No. You add one script to your site, directly or through Google Tag Manager, and we check the measurement with you. A BOLZ Base app for the Shopify App Store is on the way.
How do I log in?
With a passkey: Face ID, Touch ID or your password manager. There is no password to forget or leak. New team members get an invite by email.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Measurement runs on your own domain, every client is strictly separated, and email addresses are never stored in plain text.
How is this different from GA4?
GA4 models what it cannot see and reports inside Google's own world. BOLZ Base links pixel, UTM and order directly, includes refunds and VAT, and puts spend from every platform, including Bol.com and Etsy, next to it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled every month. A 12 or 36 month contract gives a lower price.
